Udemy reported a mixed set of results amid its transition to a subscription model. The monthly average number of buyers declined 5.4% YoY to 1.25 million, while Udemy Business customers decreased 0.39% YoY to 17,029 in 4Q25.

Uber reported a record quarter, with total Gross Bookings up 22% YoY to $54.1bn, driven by 18% YoY growth in Monthly Active Platform Consumers (MAPC) to 202mn. The number of trips reached 3.75bn, up 22% YoY. In FY2025, Uber delivered 13,567 million trips, up 20% YoY, and generated $193,454mn in Gross Bookings, up 19% YoY, driven by audience expansion and higher frequency.

Uber reported a strong quarter, with total Gross Bookings up 21.4% YoY to $49.74bn, driven by 17.4% YoY growth in Monthly Active Platform Consumers (MAPC) to 189mn. The number of trips reached 3.4bn, up 22.5% YoY and 7.5% QoQ.

Multiple factors contributed to record highs in rides, driver hours, and Gross Bookings (GB), according to Lyft. As a result, the company delivered strong financial performance, reporting record Adjusted EBITDA of $138.9mn, up 29% YoY, and free cash flow of $277.8mn.

The Mosaic Company reported net income of $411mn, reflecting a positive $339mn impact from notable items - mostly FX gains in Brazilian real and Canadian dollar - in 2Q25. Adjusted EBITDA for 2Q was $566mn, negatively affected by idle expenses and larger provisions compared to the prior year.

Lyft reported a 10.5% YoY increase in Active riders to 24.2mn, and a 12.7% YoY increase in Gross Bookings to $4,162mn in the first quarter of the year, which is typically a seasonally low period for the company. The platform facilitated 218mn rides, up 16.4% YoY. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $107mn, making an 80% YoY increase. Lyft stated that commute rides, the company’s primary segment, remains strong and are expected to continue growing in 2025, with more bike and scooter rides anticipated during the summer.

Udemy reported $200.3mn in revenue for 1Q25, a 1.8% YoY increase, exceeding its guidance range of $195-199mn. This figure includes a 2% negative impact from exchange rate fluctuations.

Nutrien reported net earnings of $118mn, a 33% YoY decline, and adjusted EBITDA of $1,055mn, down 2% YoY in 4Q24.

Lyft reported another strong quarter, achieving operating profitability in 4Q24. Gross Bookings grew 14.9% YoY to $4,279mn, driven by a 10.3% increase in active riders to 24.7mn.
